The technical team brings together professionals with broad experience in leadership, management and organizational transformation, built across different sectors and contexts. Our experts work directly with leaders and teams to understand the organization's challenges, identify the problems that most affect its performance and build new ways of managing and doing the work. This work combines technical knowledge, hands-on experience and people development. Rather than delivering ready-made answers, we work alongside teams so they expand their ability to analyze situations, make decisions and tackle new problems on their own. This repertoire is also enriched by the knowledge LIB has accumulated throughout its history and by the ongoing exchange with professionals and institutes of the Lean Global Network (LGN).

Our experts work directly with leaders and teams, starting from each organization's challenges. The first step is to understand the context, the work and the problems affecting results. The priority is not always clear from the start, so part of the work may be precisely helping the organization identify what really needs to be addressed before defining an approach. From that understanding, we build the work together with the teams, combining changes in processes and management practices with strengthening the capabilities needed to sustain the progress achieved.
Our team brings together professionals with executive experience and hands-on work in transformation processes, leadership, operations, people development and different dimensions of management. This repertoire is combined with the knowledge Lean Institute Brasil has developed throughout its history and with the exchange with the Lean Global Network, the international community LIB is part of. This combination makes it possible to look at complex problems from different perspectives and to relate business priorities to the real conditions in which work happens.
The work starts from challenges that matter to each organization and from jointly defining the results that need to be achieved. Depending on the context, this may involve progress in productivity, quality, costs, lead time, delivery reliability, customer experience and other dimensions of organizational performance. More important than chasing isolated indicators is establishing a clear link between the problem faced, the changes made and their impact on the business. We also seek to create conditions so that results do not permanently depend on LIB's presence and can be sustained and expanded by the organization itself.
Learning happens mainly by tackling real problems. Our experts work alongside leaders and teams in observing the work, analyzing problems, building hypotheses and experimenting with new ways of acting. Throughout this process, people develop the ability to understand situations in greater depth, make decisions, solve problems and progressively take on more responsibility for the evolution of the work and its results. The goal is for knowledge not to stay with the expert. It needs to become capability within the organization.
The first step is to understand the context. In an initial conversation, we seek to learn about the main challenges, where the organization stands and the results that need to be achieved. Based on that understanding, we jointly assess which ways of working make sense. They may involve transformation projects, development programs or other initiatives, always structured according to the problem and the capabilities that need to be built. You don't need to come to LIB knowing which method, tool or solution to hire.
