Contract

1. Identification and acceptance

This contract governs the participation of the participant (“Participant”) in the activity indicated in the Summary Table (“Activity”), offered by Lean Institute Brasil (“LIB”), a legal entity governed by private law, registered with the CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry) under no. 02.918.808/0001-88. By proceeding with the registration, the Participant declares that they have read, understood and agree to the terms described herein.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this contract is the provision of educational services by LIB, consisting of making the Activity available, with content, workload, format and schedule as set out in the Summary Table and LIB's official communications.

3. Format conditions

The Activity will take place online and live. The Participant must ensure internet access, compatible equipment and a suitable environment for participation.

4. Registration, payment and confirmation

Registration will be confirmed after checkout is completed and payment is approved, where applicable. In the case of corporate (B2B) purchases, confirmation may depend on invoicing and specific rules agreed in advance.

Upon receipt of the agreed amounts, LIB shall issue the corresponding service invoices, where applicable. Confirmation of participation and other instructions will be sent to the registered email address.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and rescheduling

The rules for cancellation, participant substitution and rescheduling follow the conditions communicated at the time the edition is offered, and may vary by format and include synchronous and asynchronous activities and access to content on the platform.

If in doubt, the Participant should contact LIB before completing the registration.

6. Attendance and certification

To obtain a certificate (where applicable), the Participant must meet the attendance and participation criteria defined for the Activity, including, where provided, the completion of at least 75% of the workload. The certificate may be made available to the Participant electronically after completion of the Activity and verification of the requirements.

7. Conduct and participation rules

The Participant undertakes to behave respectfully and in a manner compatible with an educational environment. LIB may limit or terminate the Participant's access in the event of a breach of the rules, fraud, improper sharing of access or any unauthorized use of the content.

8. Intellectual property

All content of the Activity, including teaching materials, presentations, videos, handouts, templates and methodologies, is protected by intellectual property law. Use is personal and non-transferable; reproduction, recording, distribution, commercialization or making it available to third parties is prohibited without LIB's express authorization.

9. Image rights

The Participant authorizes LIB to use their image free of charge to promote courses and other activities, and to publish it through the available media, whether on the Internet, in newspapers, magazines or any other public or private medium, solely and exclusively for the purpose of promoting LIB's activities.

10. Data protection (LGPD)

The processing of the Participant's personal data will follow applicable law and LIB's Privacy Policy. When necessary for the performance of the contract, LIB may collect and process data for the purposes of registration, invoicing, issuance of certificates, support and communications related to the Activity.

11. General provisions and jurisdiction

This contract constitutes the agreement between the parties regarding the purpose described herein. Any omissions will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, are chosen to settle any disputes, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
