Service Agreement — Workshop (In Person)

By this private instrument of service agreement, the CONTRACTING PARTY, through acceptance given via the internet, agrees with the CONTRACTOR on the offering and engagement of the provision of in-person activity services in exchange for financial consideration and other covenants, as follows:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is the provision of in-person workshop services.

Includes: support material and, where applicable, items described in the summary table.

2. Term, price and payment method

This agreement shall remain in force until the date of completion of the activity, its initial term commencing upon its acceptance.

Paragraph: Upon receipt of the agreed amounts, the CONTRACTOR shall issue the respective service invoices (NF-e), granting full discharge thereof.

Paragraph: After confirmation of payment, the CONTRACTOR will confirm the participation of the CONTRACTING PARTY by means of a notice via e-mail.

3. Attendance and certification

To receive the certificate of participation, the CONTRACTING PARTY must complete at least 75% of the scheduled course hours.

Only after completion of the activity will the CONTRACTOR make the certificate of participation available to the CONTRACTING PARTY electronically.

4. Cancellation and substitution

The CONTRACTING PARTY may, up to 20 business days before the date of the activity, cancel its registration.

Paid registrations cancelled up to 5 business days before the event may be refunded at 80% of the amount paid. From the 4th (fourth) business day prior onward, only substitutions will be accepted.

The cancellation/substitution request must be formalized by e-mail to [email protected].

5. Penalties

Late payment shall incur a penalty of 2% (two percent) on the overdue amount, plus the respective monetary adjustment and interest of 1% (one percent) per month, where applicable.

Paragraph: All collection costs shall include expenses, notary/court costs and 20% attorneys' fees.

6. Image rights

The CONTRACTING PARTY authorizes the CONTRACTOR to use, free of charge, its image for the purpose of promoting courses and other activities, and may disseminate it through the available means of communication, whether on the Internet, in newspapers, magazines, or any other medium, both public and private, solely and exclusively for the purpose of promoting its activities.

7. Jurisdiction

The courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo are hereby elected to settle any questions of fact and of law that may arise in the course of the contractual relationship, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
